We just celebrated our 42nd anniversary at ALL FLORIDA serving the Greater Pensacola area and now, because of our continued success, we've expanded. We have re-located into our new Super Center at 2401 Langley Avenue next to Walgreens, to serve you better. Many of you will recognize this office as the former location of a well known Ear Nose and Throat Doctor.

Jon Lankford has been part of our team since 1969, Theresa Dawkins since 1985, and Stephen Dawkins since 1988. My dad, the late Neil W. Dawkins founded our company in Pensacola in 1966. He would be very proud of how we’ve grown. Last year was our best year ever and we have out grown our office. One thing dad was especially proud of is that we are a Family Owned Hearing Aid Center. We still are. While other local hearing aid businesses have changed names, changed owners or even quietly sold themselves to a hearing aid manufacturer, we still give advice free from ethical conflict. No company tells us what brands to sell, assigns us a sales quota, or pays us a commission. If medical help and not hearing aids is the solution, we will refer you for Medical Care. We have excellent relationships with 3 of the area’s top Ear Nose and Throat doctors; many for several decades.

We can tell you that repeat business is the #1 reason for our success in Pensacola. It is rare for us to lose a patient to a competitor. Even the few, who went elsewhere, usually came back. Last year we fitted a 3rd generation patient. Jon and I had fitted the man’s grandfather many years ago and I’ve taken care of his father for years. Recently, the son who is in his Fifties began to recognize the typical clarity issues of middle age. He, as well as his wife are now very happy.
A few years ago, we started to see more working professionals wanting better clarity. Many tried our open ear devices and today through word of mouth, we have Doctors, Dentists, Lawyers, College Professors, Teachers, Auto Dealership Owners, Radio Personalities, Judges, and Airline Pilots enjoying our open ear hearing instruments. Recently a competitor, inquired about buying us out as a way to improve “their” business. We were surprised and flattered, but have no plans to sell out. Our advice for success: Focus on serving the public instead of selling to them, don’t advertise “too good to be true” gimmicks and don’t operate part-time.
